Welcome to the Streetwise Young People’s Project website!

We are a young people’s project based in the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. We work with young people from all over the north-east - you don’t have to live in Newcastle to come in!

Streetwise has an information and advice drop-in staffed by youth workers and contraception and sexual health drop-in staffed by nurses. If you would like counselling you can drop-in and see a youth worker to make an appointment or give us a ring on 0191 230 5400. *Please note we are no longer able to take reverse charge phonecalls*

All our services at Streetwise for young people are free and confidential. Please see below for more information.

We also provide a range of services to other professionals and groups across the north-east. This includes training, outreach groupwork and counselling services, the publication of research and resource development. Please see Info for Workers page for more information.
