Streetwise Merger with Everyturn Mental Health

Change in Data Consent

Earlier this year, Streetwise became part of another Charity, called Everyturn Mental Health.  

We want to let you know what this means for how we look after any information we keep about you (for example, your contact details). 

Now that Streetwise has become part of Everyturn, we might sometimes need to share information about you with other Organisations that Everyturn works with. This could include children’s social care, advocacy services, or schools. We’d do this to: 

• Give them the information they need to help us support you. 
• Give feedback to them about how we’ve supported you. 

We only keep information about you for as long as we need to support you, or for as long as we legally have to, and it will remain secure.

What information do we collect?

We only collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
